The Fellowship Council Case Log System is a tool for Fellows to track cases and procedures.
All fellows finishing their fellowship in 2018 must have all case logs entered and approved by the Program Director by July 31, 2018. Case log accounts will be disabled on August 1, 2018. This means that fellows will be able to access their case log data in perpetuity, but will no longer be able to make any edits/additions. If your fellow is extending the end date of their fellowship later than July 31, 2018, please contact Maria at firstname.lastname@example.org with their end date.
All 2018-2019 and/or 2018-2020 matched fellows will be uploaded to the case log system by the Fellowship Council using their own email address from the Matching Process Application. Programs who have a fellow from outside the FC matching process (through the scramble process or hiring an outside candidate) should contact Maria in the Fellowship Council office at email@example.com.
The Fellowship Council will have all fellows uploaded on August 1, 2018. If your fellow is not showing in the case log system on or after this date, or has incorrect information, please contact Maria at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You should begin logging cases immediately and update them on a consistent basis. The Fellowship Council Accreditation Committee utilizes your case log data towards the accreditation of programs and prospective fellows also have access to view this data.
- All Fellows will have access to their case log data via their fellow accounts. Once the fellowship concludes fellows will no longer have the ability to edit their cases but will retain the ability to view and export the information.
If you have any technical issues, please contact the FC Web Manager Mr. Val Catalasan at email@example.com. For suggestions on additional cases, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
