The Fellowship Council created the case log system as a tool for Fellows to track cases and procedures.

- Your Program Director must first create an account for you and provide you with the email address and password so that you may start to log your cases.
- You should begin logging cases immediately and update them on a consistent basis. The Fellowship Council Accreditation Committee utilizes your case log data towards the accreditation of programs and prospective fellows also have access to view this data.
- Fellows will always have access to this data provided that they keep their username and passwords. Once the fellowship concludes fellows will no longer have the ability to edit their cases but will retain the ability to export the information.
