Important Message regarding the Fellowship Council’s Case Log System:

The new Fellowship Council Case Log System is now live.

2017-2019 and 2018-2019 Fellows:

For all Fellowship Council fellows who concluded their fellowship on July 31, 2019, the ability to add and edit cases was disabled on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. Fellows no longer have the ability to enter and edit cases, but do retain the ability to view and export the information.

2019-2020 and 2019-2021 Fellows:

All 2019-2020 and 2019-2021 fellows now have entry/edit capabilities to the new Fellowship Council case log system.  Fellows should retroactively enter the cases they performed since the beginning of their fellowship into the new system.  Additionally, from today through the conclusion of their fellowship, fellows should enter any new cases directly into the new Fellowship Council Case Log System.

2018-2020 Fellows:

All 2018-2020 fellows now have entry/edit capabilities to the new Fellowship Council case log system. Fellows should retroactively enter the cases they performed since losing entry access to the old Fellowship Council case log system on August 14. Additionally, from today through the conclusion of their fellowship, fellows should enter any new cases directly into the new Fellowship Council Case Log System.

2018-2019 Fellows with Approved Extensions

All 2019-2019 fellows with approved extensions will be using a separate system for the reminder of their fellowship.  Those fellows will receive login instructions later today.
