The deadline to submit a rank order list is May 24, 2018 at 11:59PM Pacific Daylight Time. For more information on the matching process system and Rank Order Lists (ROLs), please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions document and the User Guide which will be available when the matching process system site opens.

Important Note – Number of positions: The number of positions to be filled by the matching system come directly from the Fellowship Council main website. Programs may make corrections to their quota by contacting the Fellowship Council office at info@fellowshipcouncil.org. As a reminder, programs may match only the number of positions they were approved for by the Membership and Accreditation Committees. Increasing the number of positions in the matching process without Council approval will result in an immediate review of the program’s membership and accreditation status. The deadline to request any changes is May 11, 2018.

The listing of an applicant by a program on its certified rank order list or of a program by an applicant on the applicant’s certified rank order list establishes a binding commitment to offer or to accept an appointment if a match results. Failure to do so is a violation of the terms of agreement agreed to at the initial login to the matching process site.  If a violation is confirmed, the applicant or program may be subject to penalties, as described in the Fellowship Council Violations Policy. If a program is requesting a matching process commitment dissolution, the program must complete the Fellow Change Form and return it to the Fellowship Council office for review by the Fellowship Council’s Communications Committee and its Board of Directors. No matching process commitment dissolution will be permitted without the Fellow Change Form being completed.  Applicants match with programs and not with program directors or other faculty members associated with the program.

If you have any questions about the matching process, please contact the Fellowship Council office at 310-437-0555 or email info@fellowshipcouncil.org.

On Scramble Day, June 12, 2018

If one or more of the positions in your program go unfilled, you will receive an email notification on June 12, 2018 between 9:00AM and 9:30AM (Pacific Daylight Time). You will then need to log into your Program Director account on fellowshipcouncil.org and click on Access Matching Process Site. From there, you may click on the Reports link and access the Available Applicants report and contact those applicants directly. Programs will have access to both the application and letters of recommendation via the Available Applicants report. Available applicants will have access to the Available Programs by State report and may choose to contact those programs as well. To change your availability status at any time so that you are no longer on the Available Programs by State report, log in to your account, click on your user name in the upper right hand corner, and select “No” on the Available line. For more information, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions document and the User Guide.
